Do-It-Yourself Triathalon Training
You have access to a gym. You have the desire to complete your first triathalon. You just don't know how.
The Do-It-Yourself Triathalon Training Plan will get you to the finish line if you've got at least 12 weeks to train. Its a customizable plan that starts gently and build's your body's endurance enough to swim, bike, and run/walk your way through the Gold Nugget Women's Triathalon.
Tried and true, this plan got trainer Marisa and 5 other clients to their first time finishes! As with all exercise programs, you get out what you put in. To assist you along the way, this Training Package includes:
Training Plan - day-by-day workouts detailing the activity and time spent working out. The overall weekly training time will increase as you go. The training plan assumes you will train 5 days a week with 2 non-consecutive rest days. If your schedule does not allow, contact the trainer for modifications.
