Stay on Track
a guide to starting a fitness program
Get Friendly
The easiest way to stay accountable when starting an exercise program is to enlist
the help of a friend or a personal trainer - simply for the fact that knowing
someone is waiting for you can help to motivate
you! Showing up is half
the battle. Clients will often say that they enjoy our workouts, but they
don't enjoy forcing themselves out of the house to come to the workout.
So what's better than meeting a friend? Meeting a group of friends AND a personal trainer! Build Fitness is now offering small group personal training sessions designed to keep you in shape, allow you to catch up on social news, all while spending quality time with your best buds - or even the family!
Grab a group of 3-5 people and schedule time with Build Fitness. Choose, once, twice, three times weekly, or even daily sessions!
In these sessions you will:
Learn appropriate strength training techniques - Everyone is different in their abilities. Start from your current fitness level and apply modifications to make exercises easier or harder as needed. All group members will get a good workout!
Get your heart rate up - Cardio techniques will be used in conjunction with strength training, so be
prepared to sweat.
Develop Teamwork- working
with your friends to accomplish a goal (your fitness) will bring you closer.
Partner exercises allow you to work together!
Find your balance - we all start losing balance at the age of 30 if we don't train for it.
Explore your limits, expand your capability, and strengthen your core.
Laugh, Play, and have Fun! -
what keeps you coming back? You'll enjoy the work!
Personal Training was never so affordable!
30 minute sessions now available
These high intensity workout sessions will save you time and money, while giving you noticable results! Come ready to work hard and move quickly from one exercise to the next. Focus is on keeping the heart rate up while building muscle strength. You will use resistance bands, BOSU, Steps, body weight, dumbbells, and more!
*Group classes did not have enough participants sign up this month, so sessions are now limited to 1-on-1 training.
